I have 2 answers for you. :) (I should tell you it's 3 am and I am here because I can't sleep so they may be strange answers, both..)
Answer one, it's not that bad, really. Se entiende. ;) Babelfish is one of the best in this arena, free especially.
Answer two. I love words. So while I love non-human translation :) of a word or a quick phrase, just to understand a part of a text, I feel a bit about machine tranlation like I feel about drum machines. It ain't the same. There might be rhythm but it ain't music (says the musician's kid.) And let's not even talk about grammar.
Still I may have fun here just plugging in certain words in a bunch of lingos now and then.
(But if you need a text translated, email me. I'll find you a native.)
